In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ea3333 website accessible at ea3333.bet and all associated services, games, and betting markets.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by ea3333 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on ea3333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended ea3333 Account.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own volition and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been self-excluded from ea3333 or had a prior Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, contractor, or representative of ea3333 or any of its affiliated companies.

ea3333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ea3333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

ea3333 may restrict withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or full Platform access until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

ea3333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ea3333 does not impose platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

ea3333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified Account holder may be returned to its source and the Account suspended pending investigation.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, you are obligated to notify ea3333 support immediately. Funds resulting from technical errors are not yours to wager or withdraw. Failure to report such errors may be treated as fraud.

ea3333 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games or markets, expiry period, and maximum bonus conversion limit. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules that apply to all ea3333 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Maximum bet per round or per event while using bonus funds is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ea3333 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion or withdraw it entirely if operational circumstances require it. Players affected by such changes will be notified via the email address registered on their Account.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonus cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their Account permanently suspended.

All sports betting markets on ea3333, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and e-sports, are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the Platform at the time a bet is placed. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any wager.

General betting rules:

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended due to a data feed interruption, technical error, or event cancellation will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are final once confirmed. ea3333 does not accept liability for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play market prices.
• Minimum bet across all sports markets is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• Obvious pricing errors in betting markets do not constitute valid offers. ea3333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price.

Live casino table games offered through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game outcome as recorded by the game provider's server is final. Slots and crash games from Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming are governed by the respective provider's game rules and certified RNG outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ea3333 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ea3333 staff or other Platform users.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ea3333. Unauthorised use of ea3333 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ea3333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, telecommunications failures, or events beyond ea3333's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ea3333's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ea3333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ea3333 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform lawfully.

You may request closure of your ea3333 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

ea3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ea3333 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Any withheld funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Please provide full details of your complaint including your Account username, the date(s) of the relevant event(s), and a clear description of the issue.

ea3333 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Complex disputes involving third-party game providers may take longer to resolve; in such cases ea3333 will keep you informed of progress at regular intervals.

All disputes are governed by these Terms. ea3333's decision on any dispute, made in good faith and following a thorough internal review, is final and binding. Players accept this dispute resolution process as a condition of using the Platform.

ea3333 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or to address a security threat.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the effective date shown at the top of the document. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms come into force.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ea3333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver by ea3333 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

ea3333 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.
